Our family’s signature recipe - this pork sausage reminds us of home. It features succulent pork sausage seasoned with classic Lao herbs, like lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. The sausage holds its shape with an all-natural pork casing, just like our mae thu (grandma) used to make it.
Whether served raw or cooked, our pork sausage is bold and aromatic in flavor. We suggest serving it street food style - grilled on top of sticky rice. It makes for a seriously delicious snack or appetizer.
